What is Deferred Action?

Deferred action is a technical way of saying that the beneficiary is protected from deportation. It’s a discretionary determination to defer removal action of an individual as an act of prosecutorial discretion.

What are the eligibility requirements for DACA?

DACA applicants must meet a long list of criteria for an initial application and then must continue to meet all the DACA eligibility requirements in order to renew deferred action status.
