You'll be able to edit your forms after purchase. It's extraordinarily important to us that you're comfortable with the finished application package. We'll help you get it right. In most cases, you can return to account workspace and click the "Edit" button next to your package. If you need additional help, please request support with your order number and specific items that need to be updated.

USCIS does not currently allow CitizenPath (or similar legal software used by attorneys) to directly e-file forms on your behalf. While e-filing can help you submit faster, the USCIS system does not protect you from mistakes. Errors and omissions are what cause delays, rejections, and denials. Filing a complete, well-prepared application is far more important than saving a few days at the start. Remember, USCIS is not your advocate — they won’t warn you if something is missing or incorrect.

If you want the best of both options, you can prepare your form with CitizenPath and then enter the information into your USCIS online account. For Form I-130 and Form N-400 filers, you may also upload the CitizenPath-generated PDF directly to uscis.gov instead of retyping everything. In addition, CitizenPath provides customized filing instructions that clearly explain which supporting documents to submit based on your situation.
