The GuaranteeWe're so confident in the accuracy of our service that if CitizenPath makes an error that results in a denial of your immigration application, we'll refund our fee and reimburse your government filing fees — up to $2,500.
If USCIS denies your application because of a mistake in the forms we prepared for you, submit a support request within 30 days of your denial notice. We'll ask for a copy of the denial notice so we can review the basis for the denial. We will process your refund within 15 business days of receiving all required documentation.
A few important details:
- Only the CitizenPath account holder can request this refund.
- We can't reimburse denials caused by false, inaccurate, or incomplete information you provided us; your failure to follow our instructions; or your failure to file a complete and truthful form.
Refund PolicyIf you haven't downloaded your completed forms, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Submit a support request and we'll respond within 2 business days. If we can't resolve your concern, we'll process your refund within 10 business days.
Once your forms have been downloaded, CitizenPath has delivered its service and refunds are not available. If you experience a problem with your forms after downloading, our support team is here to help — and if USCIS ultimately denies your application because of our error, the guarantee above applies.
